Sam + Heather | The Wedding

Buckle up, this is going to be one packed full blog!
Meet Sam and Heather.
I was blessed to have been able to be the one to shoot their wedding day.
Blessed and I mean it. This was one of those incredibly super "love" days.
The love in the air, their friends and family who were present, the music that
played...ahhhhh it was just sweet.
Their wedding was held at a private residence in Jamul, California. This lovely
couple has opened their property to couples getting married, I think it's one of my
favorite locations out there for a wedding, just delicious!
The whole day & night felt like I was in an episode of Mad Men, down to the plates,
the old end tables, the candle sticks, I loved it.
Friends and family walked around sipping out of Mason jars filled with some pretty sweet
drinks and the food was served out of a truck serving street food that was SO good!
Instead of a wedding cake, they served pies, apple and pecan and when I say served, I mean
literally...the bride and groom cut and served everyone.
This is one of the nicest couples you will ever meet.
I saw how very much Sam loves his Heather while we were helping him get the reception area
set up before the wedding, he said, "It's my job today to make sure that today is the best day
of Heathers life" and I think he accomplished it just perfectly!
Thankyou SO much for having me a part of such an awesome day!

{Special shout out to Brenna-girl for being the BEST second shooter ever}

p.s as soon as Heather returns from her honeymoon I will add the different vendors I got to
work with. Keep a look out for that info.

{the wedding started a little later than expected and so all of their wedding pictures were taken
at dusk and after dark, can I just give a HUGE shout out to John their videographer for providing
me with great lighting the darker it got}
